Aquafitness lesson

Discover the aquatic center of Avoriaz. Fitness, sports or relaxation: the Avoriaz sports center offers many activities in an indoor aquatic area.
Winter 2021-2022: van 10/12 tot en met 22/04 van 10:30 tot 11:30

All aquafitness sessions last 45 minutes, followed by 15 minutes in the jacuzzi. They take place from Monday to Friday at 10:30 a.m., from Monday 6 July 2026 to Friday 28 August 2026.

No booking is required: simply come to the Aquariaz reception desk from 10:15 a.m. Aquafitness sessions are open to participants aged 12 and over.

Schedule

Monday – AQUA DETOX
Time to work up a sweat and release toxins. A full-body workout. After the class, enjoy the jacuzzis in complete peace and quiet.

Tuesday – AQUA TONIC
A full-body workout designed to tone and strengthen your muscles. A technical and cardio-based session. After the class, enjoy the jacuzzis in complete peace and quiet.

Wednesday – AQUA DYNAMIC
A complete and energising class with dynamic exercises. After the class, enjoy the jacuzzis in complete peace and quiet.

Thursday – AQUA BODY
Stimulates blood circulation, sculpts the upper body, tones the glutes, and firms the thighs and calves. After the class, enjoy the jacuzzis in complete peace and quiet.

Friday – AQUA CARDIO
A sequence of movements using water resistance to raise the heart rate. An endurance workout that helps reduce blood pressure and resting heart rate. After the class, enjoy the jacuzzis in complete peace and quiet.
