Pop Corn Park
Description
Pop Corn Park is a new fun area dedicated to mountain biking discovery, located in the Plateau sector of Avoriaz.
Designed for children and complete beginners, this area offers a safe first experience of mountain biking. It features an ultra-easy downhill track with small banked turns, terrain waves, and a bump, as well as progressive practice zones with ramps of increasing difficulty. A dual slalom course is also available, and the MTB airbag has been relocated here to let everyone try out freestyle in complete safety.
To make access easier, the Écoles ski lift has been adapted for bike transport with a special pole system, allowing even the youngest riders to get back up the slope effortlessly. This lift will operate from July 5 to August 31, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pop Corn Park complements an area already equipped with a small dirt pumptrack and reflects the resort’s goal to make mountain biking accessible to everyone — from the youngest to the most novice.
