As part of the Summer of Savoie Cheeses, La Ferme de Seraussaix offers you a local producers market, as well as a discovery and tasting of the 8 Savoie PDO-PGI Cheeses.

Since 1997, the Association of Traditional Cheeses of the Savoy Alps (AFTAlp) has brought together the stakeholders of the 8 Savoie Cheeses under a quality label, which are themselves organized around 8 interprofessional syndicates. It operates in the areas of control of official quality labels, supporting producers, and protecting and promoting these 8 Savoyard Cheeses.
