La Réserve is the resort's ultimate gourmet restaurant. Delightful, rustic, chalet-style decor serving unique, sophisticated, gastro cuisine. Lovely sunny terrace, perfect for sitting out at lunchtime.
Since its creation in 1997 by Aimé Stoesser, La Réserve has become the culinary reference in the Portes du Soleil area, recommended several times in the Michelin guide. The chef offers a gastronomic and refined menu where mountain specialities are adorned with noble products. South-facing terrace for lunch and attentive service in the evening.
