From Avoriaz, take the Prodains Express cable car, then the free shuttle A to the Pléney stop. Then, take the Pléney gondola. 1. At the top of the gondola, take the groomed pedestrian trail that is right in front of you. This trail climbs to the left of the moving walkway. Pass by the orientation table located under the Belvédère chairlift and reach the Vaffieu. 2. Continue on the marked trail that goes under the Folliets chairlift. 3. Continue until you reach the arrival point of the Chavannes gondola. The return to Pléney is via the same route. It is possible to continue to the Col de Joux Plane, depending on the avalanche risk. This circuit offers a magnificent panorama of the Aulps Valley and Mont Blanc! You will need to buy a ticket for the Prodains cable car and a ticket for the Pléney gondola.
